Wellness considers our whole self-how we manage stress, our sleeping habits, and our spiritual, mental and emotional health. Is there an area in your life that needs some attention? I offer health and wellness coaching as a separate service or along with any nutrition services. My standard coaching package is for 3 months and includes the following:

  • Initial Session, 90 Minutes

  • 11 Follow-Up Sessions, 30 Minutes Each

  • Coach Check-In Between Sessions
