About Kim Rath - Nutrition And Health Coach

Have you ever blamed your health issue on bad genes? The truth is, genetics is generally not the main factor determining health. Research tells us that at least 75 percent of today's chronic medical conditions result from poor food and lifestyle choices. Every day we make numerous decisions affecting our health, from what we eat (or fail to eat), to how much we move and sleep, and how we manage our stress.

The good news is that you are in charge of your health and well-being.  Because nutrition is the foundation of good health, your daily food choices really do matter. Food not only fuels the body with energy, but also provides powerful nutrients for disease prevention, growth, repair, and healing.

As a dietitian for over three decades, I have experience working with people in all life stages, as well as individuals with a variety of medical conditions. My passion is to help people achieve optimum health so they can live vibrantly throughout their lifetime. I'd love to work with you on a plan tailored to fit your individual needs, goals, and desires.
