About Kim Rath - Nutrition And Health Coach

You can't change your genes, but you can change your lifestyle.

Most of today's top 10 chronic medical conditions are preventable and result from poor food and lifestyle choices.

The good news is that you are in charge of your health and well-being.  Because nutrition is the foundation of good health, your daily food choices really do matter. Healthy food provides powerful nutrients for disease prevention, growth and repair, in addition to fueling the body with energy.

As a dietitian for over three decades, I have worked with people in all life stages, and assisted individuals with a variety of medical conditions. My passion is to help people achieve optimum health so they can live vibrantly throughout their lifetime. I'd love to work with you on a plan tailored to fit your individual needs, goals, and desires.
