Food For Thought...
Have you ever blamed your particular health condition on your genetics? The truth is, our genes are generally not the major factor determining our health. Experts agree that at least 75 percent of today's chronic medical conditions result from poor food and lifestyle choices. Every day we make multiple decisions affecting our health, based on what we eat (or fail to eat), as well as how much we move and sleep, and how we manage our stress.
Research shows that following a nutrient-dense eating pattern is the foundation of good health. Consuming the proper types of food not only fuels the body for energy, but also provides powerful nutrients for disease prevention, healing, and longevity.
As a dietitian for over three decades, I have experience working with people in all life stages, as well as with a variety of medical conditions. My passion is to help people achieve optimum health so they can live vibrantly throughout their lifetime. I'd love to work with you on a plan tailored to fit your individual needs, goals, and desires.
