There is an abundance of health and nutrition information (and misinformation) out there, making it a challenge to know what's best for you. My recommendations are evidence-based, not based on current fads. I ask questions, listen, and work with you on a plan that's individualized for your needs and for your life. My approach is to coach you in how to develop positive habits and make sustainable lifestyle changes.
